Alisha began studying Henna when she was adorn by a design at a wedding. She was fascinated by the scent and the colors and how unique the design was. At the age of 16 she began designing henna by sketching and drawing paisleys. She’d never tried with henna until she was 18. At that point she began using her friends and families if they would like to have a design. Learning to hold a henna cone was a new concept. She tried and failed repeatedly. As she finished high school, she attended college and entered into Photography. As her studies finished, she moved to the Okanagan where she studied Graphic Design as well. Once she had her diplomas in order, she decided to try to do henna again. Success was when she is invited to do henna and show her creativity in the Okanagan. Alisha, still in her early twenties, is growing so quickly. She is blessed by the supporting cast of friends and families who’ve held her hand and believed in her. Thanks.
